Job summary

Scope Australia in Warrnambool is seeking a House Supervisor (DDSO3A) to lead a small team and manage rosters in a permanent full-time role. You will provide warm, person-centred support and follow approved behaviour plans to help participants belong and thrive.

You will hold an Advanced Diploma in Disability/Community Sector Management or equivalent, with checks (NDIS, WWC) and First Aid/CPR. The role offers a competitive hourly rate, salary packaging, leave options, and development

House Supervisor (DDSO3A) – Warrnambool

As a House Supervisor, you will work with a team of on and off-site specialists with one common purpose – to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive. This is a permanent full time opportunity based in Warrnambool, see roster hours below.

About The Role

Manage a small staff team and related services, including ensuring effective roster management (budgetary and human resources)
Provide warm, respectful, person-centred support that promotes dignity and independence
Follow behaviour support strategies, routines, and safety procedures consistently
Support participants with daily living, personal care, health routines, and community access
Use calm communication and effective de-escalation to manage behaviours of concern
Work confidently and independently while following structured support plans
Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively with the wider team
Bring patience, reliability, and a calm, supportive approach to every shift

What You'll Need

You will be required to hold an Advanced Diploma in Disability/Community Sector Management or equivalent to meet the criteria for this role.
Availability to work all below listed shifts.
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check.
Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate.
Valid Australian working rights and international police check (if applicable).
