Job summary

Scope Aust in Warrnambool is seeking a dedicated professional to provide warm, person-centred support to people with disabilities. You will follow established behaviour support plans and assist with daily living, personal care and community access.

You will work confidently within structured plans, maintain clear documentation, and communicate with the broader team. A calm, reliable approach and patience are essential for every shift.

Qualifications

• Advanced Diploma in Disability/Community Sector Management or equivalent.
• Availability to work all listed shifts.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check.
• Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Valid Australian working rights and international police check (if applicable).

Job description

As one of Australia’s largest not-for-profit disability service providers, we operate across Victoria and New South Wales, supporting over 5,600 people from 425+ locations.

We are seeking a vibrant and dedicated individual with an Advanced Diploma in Disability or Community Sector Management who has a passion for creating meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.

This is a permanent full time position based in Warrnambool working a 75.5 hour and 76.5 hour split fortnight.

What You’ll Need

• You will be required to hold an Advanced Diploma in Disability/Community Sector Management or equivalent to meet the criteria for this role.
• Availability to work all below listed shifts.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check.

• Valid Australian working rights and international police check (if applicable).

• Tuesday: 6am – 9:30am split shift 1pm – 9pm
• Wednesday: 7am – 6:30pm
• Thursday: 6:30am – 10am
• Saturday: 7:30am – 8:30pm

Week 2

• Sunday: 730am – 8:30pm
• Monday: 7am – 10:30am split shift 3pm – 9pm
• Wednesday: 6am – 11am split shift 2pm – 7pm
• Thursday: 11:30am - 8:30pm
• Friday: 7am – 10:30am split shift 3pm – 9pm

Week 3

• Monday: 6am – 10:30am split shift 3pm – 9pm
• Tuesday: 12pm - 6:30pm
• Thursday: 3pm - 6:30pm
• Friday: 2pm – 6:30pm
• Saturday: 6:30am - 6:30pm

Week 4

• Sunday: 6:30am - 6:30pm
• Monday: 6am – 9:30am split shift 1pm – 9pm
