Job summary

Scope Australia is seeking enthusiastic Disability Support Workers to join casual teams across Eagle Vale and Georges Hall in NSW. You will provide person-centred support, assist with daily living, health routines and community access, while following individual support plans and safety procedures.

We value patience, reliability, and calm communication, and offer orientation, ongoing training, and access to salary packaging and employee assistance programs as part of our commitment to staff

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work varied shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, overnight sleepovers)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
• Green P's or higher NSW driver's licence
• Valid Australian working rights and police check (if applicable)

Disability Support Worker - Eagle Vale and Georges Hall

We are seeking vibrant and dedicated individuals who have a passion for creating meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.

About the role:

We are recruiting 4 casuals to support across the Eagle Vale and Georges Hall areas in our SIL homes

• Provide warm, respectful, person-centred support that promotes dignity and independence
• Follow behaviour support strategies, routines, and safety procedures consistently
• Support participants with daily living, personal care, health routines, and community access
• Use calm communication and effective de-escalation to manage behaviours of concern
• Work confidently and independently while following structured support plans
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively with the wider team
• Bring patience, reliability, and a calm, supportive approach to every shift

What you'll need:

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and overnight (active/sleepover).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check.
• Green P's or higher NSW driver's licence
• Valid Australian working rights and international police check (if applicable).
