Job summary

C.ex Group in NSW is seeking an organised Workforce Coordinator to support staffing, payroll, compliance and operational administration across venues. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role combines rostering, HR inquiries and cross-department coordination in a regulated hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate will bring rostering and payroll experience, strong communication, and a proactive approach to compliance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating rosters and payroll in a regulated hospitality setting.
• Strong understanding of compliance with gaming, RSA/RCG, WHS obligations.
• Ability to produce accurate operational reports and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalise operational rosters, coordinate leave coverage and training, and support efficient staffing across C.ex venues.
• Process C.ex Group payroll and maintain accurate rostering, skills and availability records.
• Maintain accurate records of employees’ qualifications, licences and certification relating to gaming, Keno, TAB, AML/CTF, RSA, RCG, WHS and other relevant legislative obligations.
• Support managers, supervisors and team members with operational information, HR-related enquiries and process improvements.
• Liaise with C.ex Woolgoolga and C.ex Urunga to assist with group-wide staffing requirements.
• Work collaboratively with operations, events, marketing, finance, food and beverage, training and customer service teams.
