Qualifications

• Experience in a duty management or hospitality leadership role.
• Current RSA, RSG, Approved Manager Licence and RMLV certification.
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Club.
• Lead, supervise, onboard and train team members.
• Liaise with department heads and managers.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and member engagement.
• Maintain operational knowledge across club areas.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and licensing requirements.
