Catering HQ is seeking a proactive Restaurant Supervisor to oversee operations at Brothers Leagues Club Cairns and Fuller Sports Club in Cairns, Queensland. You will lead service excellence, coach team members, and ensure smooth daily operations across venues.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent supportive and leadership skill set.
• Exposure to rostering and people development

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team and management to improve quality and service.
• Assist in opening/closing the catering department per guidelines.
• Initiate dialogue and develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favourite drinks and food items.
• Understand and anticipate customer needs and exceed them where possible.
• Train new employees and motivate them in their role.
• Assist in reaching business goals and objectives as set by management
