Brothers Leagues Club Cairns is seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to lead a team and ensure smooth daily operations at our Manunda club. You will oversee service delivery, drive staff onboarding and training, and liaise with department heads to maintain exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires hands-on leadership, roster flexibility, and a proactive approach to compliant, high-quality hospitality. Join a well-established community hub offering dining, entertainment and gaming.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality leadership or duty management.
• Strong customer service focus and issue resolution.
• Proven ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Club.
• Lead, onboard and train team members.
• Coordinate with department heads and managers.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and member engagement.
• Maintain operational knowledge across Club areas and licensing compliance.
