We are a leading hospitality and community hub in Far North Queensland, delivering exceptional experiences across dining, gaming, entertainment, sport and community initiatives.

The Role

As a Duty Manager, you will provide professional, hands‑on leadership to a team of enthusiastic team members to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the Club. Working across a rotating roster, key responsibilities include:

• Managing the day‑to‑day operations of the Club
• Assisting in leading, supervising, onboarding and training team members
• Liaising and communicating effectively with department heads and managers
• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service and member engagement
• Maintaining strong operational knowledge across all Club areas
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and licensing requirements.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll bring experience, confidence and energy to the role, along with:

• Previous experience in a similar duty management or hospitality leadership role
• Current Police Check, RSA, RSG, Approved Manager Licence and RMLV Certificate
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to confidently manage service issues
• Proven leadership capability and the ability to motivate a diverse team
• A proactive, solutions‑focused and hands‑on approach
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays.
