• Strong leadership capability with a passion for coaching and developing teams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of gaming operations and compliance.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
• Experience managing KPIs, labour and financial performance.
• Current RSA and RCG certifications.

• Lead, coach and develop staff to build capability, confidence and strong service culture
• Drive guest experience standards across bar, bistro, gaming and floor operations
• Oversee daily venue operations, ensuring smooth, efficient and compliant service
• Support gaming performance through strong floor presence, service standards and compliance
• Maintain high levels of venue presentation, ambience and cleanliness
• Monitor labour costs and assist with roster planning to meet operational needs
• Manage stock control, GP targets and wastage reduction across departments
• Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming and venue regulatory requirements
• Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to the management team
• Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers and internal stakeholders
