Job summary

Alt. Hospitality Group is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to support our Operations team across venues in New South Wales. Lead from the floor, develop teams and ensure service, safety and compliance standards are met.

You will coordinate staffing, resolve guest concerns and drive continuous improvement, while maintaining presentation and high service levels across food & beverage, gaming and events. Based in Sydney region with flexible venue coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality or licensed venues.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and manage priorities.
• Willingness to work across venues and shifts.

• Lead, coach and support team members to deliver excellent service.
