Job summary

The Coniston Hotel, part of The Marlow Hotel Group, is seeking a passionate Assistant Manager to join our team and work closely with the General Manager and Manager Team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and outstanding customer service.

You will carry out all Assistant Manager duties, with tailored KPIs and timely learning opportunities, and you will demonstrate proven hotel experience, strong leadership, and a focus on developing people while delivering a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a Hotel role.
Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail.
Sound negotiation and complaint handling skills.
Strong experience in gaming.
Strong leadership and culture building skills.
A passion for leading and developing people.
An ability to have fun while achieving targets.
RSA & RCG required.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the General Manager and Manager Team to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly while maintaining high customer service standards.
Complete all Assistant Manager day-to-day shift duties.
Be allocated tailored KPIs and receive timely learning opportunities.
Contribute to a positive guest experience and hotel performance.
