Job summary

The Kings Park Tavern, part of The Marlow Hotel Group, is seeking a passionate Assistant Manager to join the team. You will work closely with the General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while upholding top customer service standards.

You will handle duties across shifts, with tailored KPIs and timely learning opportunities. The role offers growth within the group and requires RSA & RCG, strong leadership, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Work across days, nights, weekends and selected Public Holidays.

Job description

The Kings Park Tavern is part of The Marlow Hotel Group. The venue provides full hotel facilities including a Sports Bar, Bistro, Gaming VIP lounge and Functions. Its an Iconic venue, that has enjoyed its transformation over the past 5 years to becoming the best family friendly venue in the area.

We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Assistant Manager to join our team, who will work closely with the General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure the day to day operations of the venue run smoothly, whilst the highest standards of customer service are being met.

Whilst completing all Assistant Manager day to day shift duties, you'll be allocated tailored KPIs and given learning opportunities on a timely basis

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:

This is a permanent salary position (approx. 40-44 Hours p.w) andinvolves days, nights and weekend work including selected Public Holidays.
