The Kings Park Tavern, part of The Marlow Hotel Group, is seeking a passionate Assistant Manager to join the team. You will work closely with the General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while upholding top customer service standards.

You will handle duties across shifts, with tailored KPIs and timely learning opportunities. The role offers growth within the group and requires RSA & RCG, strong leadership, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist day to day operations with the General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure smooth venue running.
• Complete all Assistant Manager day to day shift duties.
• Be allocated tailored KPIs and receive learning opportunities on a timely basis.
• Work across days, nights, weekends and selected Public Holidays.
