St Vincent’s Public Hospital Sydney is seeking a Telephonist/Receptionist on a permanent full-time basis. You will be the friendly voice and face at the Switchboard, greeting patients and staff, handling calls, and guiding callers with calm professionalism.

The role includes urgent-response duties, rostered 7 days on a rotating pattern, with shifts from 7:00 am to 8:30 pm. NSW Health offers competitive pay, salary packaging, mobility through NSW Health, and opportunities for professional growth.

• Experience in switchboard/contact centre or receptionist settings.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergencies.

• Be the friendly voice and face of St Vincent’s Hospital, welcoming patients, staff and the public over the phone.
• Respond confidently in urgent situations and liaise with security when needed.
