Queensland Government’s North West Hospital and Health Service seeks a front-desk professional to manage switchboard and reception for Mount Isa. You will greet patients and visitors, direct calls and assist staff to ensure a welcoming and efficient experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating pagers and mobile devices, supporting hospital operations and responding to emergencies per established procedures. A C Class Vehicle Licence is required and vaccination evidence may be requested.

Qualifications

• C Class Motor Vehicle Licence required.
• Pre-employment screening including Criminal History checks will be conducted.
• VPD risk role may require vaccination evidence (Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, TB).

Responsabilités

• Provide professional switchboard and reception services for patients, visitors and staff.
• Coordinate pagers, mobile phones and other communication devices to support hospital operations.
• Respond to emergencies and security incidents following hospital protocols.
