Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Sydney is seeking a Hospital Sales Representative to bring our expanding Cardiometabolic portfolio to endocrinologists, cardiologists, gastroenterologists and diabetes educators. You will own your territory from plan to results and act as the trusted face of Novo to healthcare professionals.

You will drive territory sales, deliver tailored engagements and build long-term doctor relationships while collaborating with Sales, Marketing and other customer-facing teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in ethical pharma with hospital exposure.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills across internal teams and external healthcare professionals.
• High learning agility, curiosity and adaptability in changing environments.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly.
• Tertiary qualifications in Life Sciences, Nursing, Paramedical or business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory sales and support regional development with Sales, Marketing and other teams.
• Develop and deliver a territory plan you are fully accountable for.
• Deliver first-class customer engagement through calls, group presentations and tailored meetings.
• Build long-term relationships with existing doctors and identify new groups treating chronic diseases.
• Monitor competitor activity and adapt your approach.
• Contribute to regional meetings, cross-functional projects and timely administration (CRM, reporting, expenses) per Novo Way.
