Job summary

Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Hospital Sales Representative to bring our Cardiometabolic portfolio to endocrinologists, cardiologists, gastroenterologists and diabetes educators in Sydney. You will own your territory from plan to results, driving sales and building strong relationships with key healthcare professionals.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and cross‑functional teams, delivering tailored meetings and presentations to advance our products.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ hospital/ethical pharma sales experience.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
High learning agility and ability to adapt to change.
Current driver’s license with regular territory travel.

Responsibilities

Drive territory sales and support regional sales development with Sales, Marketing and customer-facing teams.
Develop and deliver a territory plan based on territory insights and opportunities.
Deliver first-class customer engagement through calls, group presentations and tailored meetings.
Build long-term relationships with doctors and educators to expand reach to more chronic disease areas.
Monitor competitor activity and adapt your approach accordingly.
Complete required administration accurately (CRM, reporting) and act in line with Novo Way.
