DKSH is building a brand-new national team in Australia to commercialise a leading portfolio in cardiometabolic health. As a GP Sales Representative based in Melbourne, you will own your territory, build strong relationships with General Practitioners and other healthcare professionals, and drive customer engagement to grow the portfolio.

You may be an experienced pharmaceutical sales professional or come from a strong sales background keen to transition into pharma.

Qualificações

• Based in Melbourne with full Australian working rights and a current driver's license.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is preferred but transferable sales experience is welcome.
• Strong communication, influence and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with GPs and relevant healthcare professionals in your territory.
• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with national strategy.
• Deliver high-quality product discussions addressing healthcare professionals’ needs.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer engagement and territory performance.
• Deliver presentations and educational discussions to individuals and groups.
• Monitor territory performance, market dynamics and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity reporting through CRM systems.
• Share insights to support broader business planning and strategy.
• Collaborate with the national sales team and wider business to meet objectives.
