Australian Unity in St Georges Basin NSW is seeking Experienced Home Care Support Workers to provide in-home assistance, helping with daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation, as well as transportation and personal care to support clients to live independently.

A flexible roster, permanent part-time or casual contracts, and a comprehensive induction are offered, along with a smartphone, uniform, and a travel allowance.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Flexibility to work rosters between Monday and Friday.
• Experience in home care or community services is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Help at Home: support with cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.
• Transportation and Personal Care: assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering and toileting.
• Client awareness: build relationships with clients and families, conduct observations with support and training.
• Safety practices: follow health and safety guidelines to protect clients and yourself.

Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.

We are seeking Experienced Home Care Support Workers in St Georges Basin NSW and surrounding areas including - Wandadia, Bewong, Basin View, Sanctuary Point, Worrowing Heights, Erowal Bay, Bream Beach, Wrights Beach, Old Erowal Bay, Vincentia.

• $32.61 to $36.59/hour(dependent on experience) + 12% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time

Your New Role

• Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc.
• Transportation and Personal Care: Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
• Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
• Safety Practices: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe

Key Requirements
