Job summary

Australian Unity Limited is seeking Experienced Home Care Support Workers to deliver in-home care across the Northern Beaches and surrounding areas. The role offers permanent part-time or casual contracts, with a hourly rate of 32.61–36.59 AUD plus 12% super, travel allowance, and paid travel time.

You will assist customers with home duties, transport and personal care, build relationships with clients and families, and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc.
• Transportation and Personal Care: Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
• Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
• Safety Practices: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe

Home Care Support Worker - Northern Beaches

Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.

We are seeking Experienced Home Care Support Workers in the Northern Beaches and surrounding areas including - Palm Beach, Avalon Beach, Bilgola Plateau, Terrey Hills, Mona Vale, Narrabeen, Ingleside, Warriewood, Cromer, Dee Why, Belrose, Frenchs Forest, Brookvale, Collaroy, Balgowlah, Manly, Seaforth, Allambie Heights.
