Job summary

Australian Unity Limited is seeking Home Care Support Workers in Albury with outreach in surrounding areas to help clients live independently at home. The role offers a permanent part-time roster of 15 hours per week with hourly pay from $32.61 to $36.59, plus 12% super, travel allowance of $0.92 per KM and paid travel time.

Smartphone and uniform are provided, along with a fully supported induction and Fitness Passport.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc.
• Transportation and Personal Care: assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
• Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
• Safety Practices: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe

Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.

We are seeking Home Care Support Workers in Albury with some outreach work in surrounding areas.

Your New Role
