Australian Unity Limited is seeking Home Care Support Workers in the Sutherland Shire and surrounding areas to deliver in-home support services for aged care customers, helping them live independently within their own homes and communities. The role offers permanent part-time or casual contracts, with hourly pay from 32.61 to 36.59 AUD plus 12% super, travel allowance per KM, and paid travel time.

A fully supported induction, smartphone, and uniform are provided, along with a Fitness Passport

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Help at Home: cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.
• Transportation and Personal Care: assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting and feeding.

We are seeking Home Care Support Workers in Sutherland Shire and surrounding areas including - Illawong, Menai, Bangor, Woronora, Engadine, Heathcote, Bonnet Bay, Como, Kangaroo Point, Yarrawarrah, Loftus, Kirrawee, Gymea, Sylvania, Sylvania Waters, Taren Point, Miranda, Gymea Bay, Grays Point, Yowie Bay, Caringbah, Caringbah South, Lilli Pilli, Port Hacking, Dolans Point, Woolooware, Cronulla, Burraneer, Kurnell.

Your New Role

• Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc.
• Transportation and Personal Care: Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
• Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
• Safety Practices: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe

Key Requirements

• Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
• Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday
