Job summary

Australian Unity Limited is seeking Home Care Support Workers to deliver in-home support across Tumbarumba, Willigobung, Laurel Hill, Kunama, Batlow and surrounding areas. You will assist clients with daily tasks and mobility.

The role offers permanent part-time or casual contracts, hourly pay between 32.61 and 36.59 AUD, 12% super, travel allowance, paid travel time, induction and fitness benefits. You’ll work rosters Monday to Friday with a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Flexibility and availability to work rosters Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Help at Home: cleaning, laundry, meal preparation.
• Transportation and personal care: assist with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
• Client awareness: build relationships with clients and families; conduct observations with support and training.
• Safety practices: follow health and safety guidelines to protect clients and yourself.

We are seeking Home Care Support Workers in Tumbarumba, Willigobung, Laurel Hill, Kunama, Batlow and surrounding areas.

• $32.61 to $36.59/hour (dependent on experience) + 12% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time

Your New Role

• Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc.
• Transportation and Personal Care: Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
• Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
• Safety Practices: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe

Key Requirements

• Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
• Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday
