You will provide in-home support such as cleaning, personal care, transportation, and companionship, with a stable roster and options for extra hours.

This permanent part-time or casual role offers a competitive hourly rate, travel time, a travel allowance, and a paid induction.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Help at Home: cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Transportation and Personal Care: assist with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting and feeding.
• Client Awareness: build relationships with clients and their families, ongoing support and training.
• Safety Practices: adhere to health and safety guidelines to keep yourself and customers safe.

Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.

We are seeking Home Care Support Workers in Neutral Bay NSW and surrounding areas including - Lindfield, Roseville, Castle Crag, Greenwich, Northwood, Cammeray, Crows Nest, North Sydney, Cremorne, Mosman, Kirribilli.

What's On Offer

• Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time or Casual (based on your location and availability)
• $32.61 to $36.59/hour (dependent on experience) + 12% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time

Your New Role

• Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc.
• Transportation and Personal Care: Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
• Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
• Safety Practices: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe

Key Requirements

• Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
• Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday
