IRT Group is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Home Care Service Coordination team in Wollongong. The role focuses on rostering, resource allocation and delivering high-quality customer support for Home Care customers.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and compliance. The position is full-time, based in Wollongong, with opportunities for professional development and flexible working conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume administration roles.
• Experience in rostering and scheduling is highly regarded.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent time management, organisational and data entry abilities.

Responsabilités

• Roaster management and resource allocation to meet customer needs.
• Support system upgrades and assist with project tasks.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
