Job summary

West Wimmera Health Service is seeking a full‑time Support at Home Operations Manager based in Nhill. You will oversee day-to-day CHSP and Support at Home services, ensuring safe, high-quality care, staff supervision and strong stakeholder engagement.

You will collaborate with senior management to drive service development and sustainability, while maintaining regulatory compliance. The role requires RN qualifications, proven leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

RN qualifications required.
Demonstrated leadership experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, families and staff.
Competent with computer software packages, including Microsoft.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Knowledge of Australian Aged Care Quality Standards and CHSP guidelines and ability to apply them.

Responsibilities

Oversee CHSP and Support at Home service delivery operations.
Recruitment, orientation and supervision of staff within scope of practice.
Ensure safe, high-quality service in line with guidelines and best practice.
Collaborate with senior management on service development and strategic objectives.
