Job summary

Qualifications

• Effective communication and organisational skills.
• Qualification (Management, Cert III or higher in Aged Care/ Disability) and/or experience in Community Health.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, staff and external providers.
• Knowledge of the Aged Care Standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight to Support Workers across all sites.
• Monitor mandatory training and education requirements and ensure competencies remain current.
• Support recruitment activities, onboarding and integration of new employees.
• Act as the primary contact for Support Workers and Social Support staff.
• Coordinate procurement and management of equipment, consumables and supplies.
• Promote service quality, workforce capability and continuous improvement.
• Identify training needs and facilitate development opportunities.
• Support health and safety practices and compliance with policies.
