Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, orientation and supervision of staff within scope of practice.
• Ensure safe, high-standard service delivery in line with guidelines.
• Support change management and strategic objectives of WWHS.
• Coordinate staff meetings and record minutes.
• Foster cross-disciplinary relationships to improve performance.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and colleagues.
