Job summary

Talent Quarter is partnering with a leading not-for-profit aged care and community services provider to recruit an experienced Manager – Support at Home. This hands-on leader will drive service growth and clinical excellence, overseeing care across multiple locations for about 800 Support at Home clients and 3,000 CHSP clients.

You will strengthen operational performance, improve care planning and clinical delivery, and use technology and data to boost productivity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Home Care or Community Aged Care leadership.
• Strong knowledge of care management systems and data tools (Power BI).
• Proven ability to drive clinical governance and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Care Partners across multiple locations.
• Oversee day-to-day Home Care operations with safe, compliant service delivery.
• Drive workforce productivity, KPIs and financial performance.
• Address gaps in clinical care and care planning.
• Utilise Power BI dashboards to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement processes to strengthen efficiency and client outcomes.
• Support service growth across multiple funding streams.
• Oversee workforce planning, budgets and risks.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and governance.
• Partner with the Executive GM on strategic initiatives.
