Job summary

Coates Brooklyn is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to be the first point of contact for customers and to help keep branch operations running efficiently. You will manage enquiries, coordinate equipment deliveries and support customers across multiple channels from a busy Brooklyn branch.

The role requires teamwork with an experienced group and involves coordinating schedules, quotes and invoicing while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, coordination or internal sales.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Proactive approach to supporting customers and colleagues.
• Confidence using business systems and learning new technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and face-to-face interactions
• Manage customer enquiries and support requests through a shared inbox
• Prepare hire schedules, quotations and invoicing documentation
• Coordinate equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs and breakdowns
• Work closely with branch, transport and sales teams to deliver customer solutions
• Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to support their needs
• Contribute to a safe, efficient and customer-focused branch environment
• Support the broader team with administrative and operational tasks as required
