You'll deliver excellent customer service, coordinate hire operations, asset availability and transport rosters across branches, making this a varied, hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination or hire coordination roles.
• Strong communication and customer-first approach.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support hire operations and ensure clear communication between customers and internal teams.
• Match customer demand with equipment availability.
• Prepare hire agreements, quotes and invoices, and complete other administration.
• Assist with branch asset management and equipment availability.
• Coordinate daily transport allocations and rosters.
• Support yard staff and ensure safe storage and maintenance of equipment.
