Kennards Hire is seeking a customer-focused Hire Controller in Toowoomba. You will deliver excellent service, coordinate hire contracts, and advise customers on the best equipment for their needs. You’ll also support branch operations, process payments, and help keep the showroom and yard tidy.

Formación

• Background in customer service across varied settings (e.g., hospitality, retail, trades).
• Willingness to work weekends on a rotating roster and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to plan ahead, reschedule tasks, and work both in a team and autonomously.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone or at the branch counter.
• Coordinate hire contracts and branch administration to ensure accurate bookings.
• Offer expert advice on equipment selections and related products for customer needs.
• Support branch operations by loading/unloading, servicing and cleaning gear.
• Process payments and manage hire schedules from start to finish.
• Open and close the branch as required and maintain showroom and yard areas.
