Kennards Hire is seeking a Specialist Hire Controller for our DC Gold Coast. You’ll report to the Specialist Manager and work within our distribution centre team to deliver customer-centric solutions with specialist equipment.

Represent our brand in-branch or over the phone, provide expert advice, and help customers find the best solutions. You’ll create hire schedules, manage contracts, and support branch operations with pride.

Formación

• Experience in a customer service role.
• Strong experience in sales administration.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and work conditions.
• Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously.
• Time management and planning skills.
• Interest in mechanics and construction equipment; desire to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service, living up to our 'Every Customer a Raving Fan' value.
• Assist customers over the phone using our reservation prompt script or in person at the front desk.
• Create, update, and finalise hire schedules.
• Coordinate customer hire contracts and branch administration.
• Recommend complementary equipment or products to meet customer needs.
• Maintain strong product knowledge for tailored solutions.
• Process payments for hire schedules, including cycle billing and completion.
• Support the branch team by unloading, loading, delivering, servicing, and cleaning equipment.
• Open and close the branch and clean and maintain the branch showroom, yard, and storage areas as required.
