Flexihire is seeking a Hire Controller / Customer Service Officer to join our Caboolture, QLD team. This full-time role sits at the heart of our operations, bridging customers with our hire services and handling hire requests and client interactions.

You will manage hire processes, provide excellent service via phone, email, and face-to-face contact, and maintain accurate records and CRM data. A strong team player with a proactive mindset will thrive here.

Formación

• Proven experience in customer service or client administration roles.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Processing and managing hire requests from clients, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email and face-to-face interactions
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to hire transactions and customer communications
• Coordinating with internal teams to facilitate smooth hire operations and resolve customer queries
• Responding to customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Managing administrative tasks including scheduling, invoicing support and data entry
• Updating and maintaining customer databases and CRM systems
• Supporting the sales team with client information and administrative support as required
• Contributing to the improvement of processes and procedures to enhance customer experience
