Uphire in Pinkenba, Queensland is seeking a Hire Controller to join our fast-paced operations team. You will manage daily hire control, processing contracts and coordinating equipment availability using Baseplan, while delivering outstanding customer service to our extensive client base.

Responsibilities

Providing outstanding customer service – answering calls, emails and responding to customer requirements
Managing daily hire control and operational procedures
Processing hire contracts and managing equipment availability using hire software Baseplan
Allocating equipment and coordinating deliveries and collections
Assisting with stocktake and maintaining accurate yard and fleet records
Liaising with transport providers regarding truck and driver allocation
Liaising with the service/workshop team regarding fleet maintenance and repairs
Managing hire paperwork, extensions, off-hires and damages
Being an integral part of the operational performance of the business
