You’ll handle inbound/outbound calls, provide accurate quotations, close opportunities and work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. A genuine sales mindset and ability to meet KPIs are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retention or a target-driven contact centre.
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
• Ability to identify needs and close opportunities.
• Strong KPI and performance focus.
• Resilience with rejection and objections.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Identify customer needs and recommend Flick services.
• Convert enquiries to sales and confirmed bookings.
• Provide accurate quotations and close opportunities.
• Support retention and reduce cancellations for existing customers.
• Understand customer concerns and handle objections effectively.
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Build rapport and deliver positive customer experiences.
• Follow up leads and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
