Job summary

Bidfood Canberra is seeking an organised and adaptable full-time Telesales Operator for our Hume branch. This inbound, phone-based role focuses on taking orders, answering product inquiries and supporting account setup, with full training provided.

You’ll respond to emails, assist onboarding new customers and back our sales reps with day-to-day service and coordination in a fast-paced environment. A customer-first mindset and clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and take orders.
• Build trusted relationships with regular customers.
• Respond to emails and product enquiries.
• Process orders accurately using internal software.
• Liaise with sales reps and managers to resolve service issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and product records.
• Onboarding new customers and supporting account setup.
• Performing administrative tasks as directed by Sales and Branch Managers.
• Assisting with internal reporting and maintaining data accuracy.
