Spotlight is seeking an in-home sales specialist in Sydney to deliver exceptional service, grow your local customer base and match products to customers' needs. You will work with hot leads from the national customer service centre and manage KPIs to drive performance.

Role requires 2–5 years of sales experience, a valid driver's licence, IT proficiency with Windows-based programs, and the ability to work every second Saturday.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience in retail or showroom settings.
• Pro-active mindset with ambition to succeed.
• Must have a valid driver's licence.
• Experience with in-home selling is advantageous.
