Job summary

Flick Anticimex in Sydney is seeking a confident Sales & Retention Consultant for our Homebush West Contact Centre. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, identify customer needs, recommend Flick services and convert enquiries into bookings while supporting retention.

Qualifications

• Genuine sales and retention mindset with target-driven approach.
• Confidence making and receiving calls to convert opportunities.

• Experience in KPI-driven sales or contact centre environments is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
