Bloom Hearing Specialists Mansfield Clinic is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of the clinic. You will manage inquiries, book appointments, and guide customers through our hearing devices while supporting audiologists and the team.

The role emphasizes outstanding service in a patient-centered healthcare environment, with full training provided for repairs and ongoing development opportunities at Bloom Hearing Specialists.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role within retail, healthcare, allied health, or a similar environment.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using CRM systems, appointment scheduling platforms, and other business software.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A collaborative, positive attitude with the ability to work independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, responding to enquiries and providing tailored information about our services and products.
• Scheduling appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with our audiologists.
• Guiding customers through our range of hearing devices and accessories.
• Resolving customer concerns and delivering outstanding service experiences.
• Supporting local marketing initiatives to promote clinic services within the community.
• Performing minor hearing aid repairs (full training provided).
• Providing administrative support and maintaining accurate customer records.
