Bloom Hearing Specialists North Perth Clinic is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of the clinic. You will coordinate appointments, guide customers through hearing devices, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The role demands excellent customer service, strong communication, and a collaborative spirit. Training is provided for any hearing aid repairs, with opportunities to grow within a customer-centric team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail, healthcare, or allied health
• Strong computer literacy and confidence with CRM systems and scheduling platforms
• Excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Collaborative and able to work independently when required
• Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
• Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with audiologists
• Guide customers through hearing devices and accessories
• Resolve customer concerns and deliver outstanding service experiences
• Support local marketing initiatives to promote clinic services
• Perform minor hearing aid repairs (training provided)
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide administrative support
