Job summary

Bloom Hearing Specialists Mansfield Clinic is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of the clinic. You will engage with customers, audiologists, and the wider team to ensure every interaction is professional, efficient, and positive.

You will schedule appointments, guide customers through devices, resolve concerns, support local marketing, and perform minor repairs with training provided. Strong CRM and admin skills, plus a collaborative attitude, are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role within retail, healthcare, allied health, or similar.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using CRM systems, appointment scheduling platforms, and other business software.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, providing tailored information about services and products.
• Scheduling appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with audiologists.
• Guiding customers through our range of hearing devices and accessories.
• Resolving customer concerns and delivering outstanding service experiences.
• Supporting local marketing initiatives to promote clinic services within the community.
• Performing minor hearing aid repairs (full training provided).
• Providing administrative support and maintaining accurate customer records.
