Bloom Hearing Specialists Mansfield Clinic is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to welcome customers and support audiologists. You’ll handle inquiries, book appointments, and guide clients through products.

With 2+ years in customer service in retail, healthcare, or allied health, you’ll be proficient with CRM systems, detail-oriented, and able to work both with others and independently to deliver outstanding experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer service role in retail, healthcare, allied health, or similar environment.
• Strong computer literacy; confident with CRM systems and appointment scheduling platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Collaborative, positive attitude with ability to work independently.
• Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions; provide tailored information about services and products.
• Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with audiologists.
• Guide customers through range of hearing devices and accessories.
• Resolve customer concerns and deliver outstanding service experiences.
• Support local marketing initiatives to promote clinic services.
• Perform minor hearing aid repairs (full training provided).
• Provide administrative support and maintain accurate customer records.
