Bloom Hearing Specialists Mansfield Clinic in Mansfield, VIC is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator. You will welcome customers, work with audiologists and staff to ensure professional, efficient interactions and tailored information about our services and products.

The role involves phone, email, and in-person engagement, scheduling hearing assessments, guiding customers through devices, resolving concerns, and supporting local marketing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service in retail, healthcare, allied health, or similar.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using CRM systems, appointment scheduling platforms, and other business software.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Collaborative, positive attitude with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Schedule appointments for hearing assessments with our audiologists.
• Guide customers through our range of hearing devices and accessories.
• Resolve customer concerns and deliver outstanding service experiences.
• Support local marketing initiatives and promote clinic services.
• Perform minor hearing aid repairs and maintain accurate customer records.
