Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service within retail/healthcare or allied health environments.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM and scheduling tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to answer inquiries and provide information.
• Schedule hearing assessments and consultations with audiologists.
• Guide customers through hearing devices and accessories.
• Resolve customer concerns and deliver outstanding service experiences.
• Support local marketing to promote clinic services.
• Perform minor hearing aid repairs (training provided).
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide admin support.
