Responsibilities

• Head Office Operations: manage reception, office presentation, staff and visitor experience and general administration.
• Travel Management: coordinate interstate and international travel, bookings and expense reconciliation.
• Store & Office Maintenance: coordinate repairs, liaise with suppliers and resolve issues.
• Retail Operations Support: coordinate stock transfers, manage supplies and support store queries.
• Stakeholder Management & Continuous Improvement: link Head Office with stores and drive process improvements.
