Job summary

Petstock Group is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator in Ballarat to act as a central point of contact for operational support across the business. You will work closely with Retail Leadership and Support Office teams to drive communication, coordination, compliance and operational excellence across our store network.

You will provide day-to-day store support, manage enquiries through retail channels, and help coordinate responses.

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day support to stores, field leaders, and Support Office teams.
• Managing and triaging enquiries received through retail communication channels.
• Coordinating responses and escalating operational issues where required.
• Assisting with the creation and distribution of operational communications and business updates.
• Supporting Retail Operations roadshows, meetings, and events.
• Scheduling and maintaining retail audits and distributing compliance reporting.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Supporting operational projects, business initiatives, store openings, acquisitions and refits.
• Maintaining retail information databases, store details, and distribution lists.
• Coordinating store trading hours and public holiday operating schedules.
• Assisting with wage control reporting and follow-up activities.
• Recording meeting minutes and tracking actions as required.
• Contributing ideas and supporting the achievement of team goals.
