Job summary

JAS Auto Electrical Parts, part of Bapcor Limited, seeks an Operations Coordinator to support the store network from Mount Waverley. You will coordinate admin tasks, communications, and processes to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

You will engage with stores, head office teams and external partners, helping streamline workflows and strengthen cross‑team collaboration for efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration or coordination roles.
• Strong customer service skills with clear professional communication.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across teams and locations.
• Prioritise tasks by urgency and impact, adapt to changing priorities.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency in Outlook and Teams for coordination and communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as key contact for the JAS store network and coordinate follow-ups.
• Monitor shared inboxes, track requests and ensure tasks are completed.
• Prepare documents and updates for regional and operational leaders.
• Coordinate fleet administration and material handling equipment activities.
• Support payroll validation activities and follow-ups with stores.
• Assist with network development projects including safety assessments.
• Support Health, Safety & Wellbeing activities, reporting and compliance.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and compliance with property teams.
• Manage internal communications and SOPs.
• Identify improvement opportunities with store and regional leaders.
