Care Forward in Hobart, Tasmania, seeks an experienced senior operations leader to translate organisational goals into strategic and practical plans. You will oversee multiple home care programs, collaborate with managers, and drive continuous improvement across operations and governance processes.

You will mentor leaders, support budgeting and performance analysis, and champion a high-performing, compliant, safety-focused workplace culture in a dynamic community services setting.

Qualifications

• Senior operations management experience in health, aged care or community services.
• Strong governance and risk management knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead organisational change and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across Care Forward.
• Lead and improve service delivery across SAH, CHSP and Post Hospital programs.
• Identify inefficiencies and improve processes and workflows.
