Redstone Recruitment is seeking a Home Care Operations Manager in Sydney, Australia, to lead a dispersed leadership team and shape care delivery across the region. This is a permanent, full-time role offering Monday to Friday 9am–5pm, with no weekends or rosters, and a strong emphasis on growth and new ways of working.

You will oversee performance, governance and change across your area, coaching other leaders and driving KPI attainment while managing budgets.

Qualifications

• Current or recent experience as an Operations Manager
• Proven track record leading other leaders and large or dispersed teams
• Strong commercial focus with experience managing KPIs, budgets and change
• Customer-focused leadership style with excellent communication skills
• Experience in a regulated environment such as health, aged care or disability is highly regarded

Home Care Operations Manager This is a genuine “leader of leaders” role. You’ll have the scope to shape how care is delivered across your area, backed by a provider that’s investing in growth and new ways of working.

Aged care experience isn’t essential. If you’ve run multi-site or dispersed operations and you know how to get the best out of other leaders, this could be your next move.

Benefits

• $130,000 – $140,000 package + bonus
